How does the Pfeiffer Wine Club work?

All of our Pfeiffer Wine Club packs are hand selected by winemakers, Chris and Jen Pfeiffer.

Simply nominate the Wine Pack that best suits your taste. You can choose from a Mixed Pack (white and red wines), a Red Pack (only red wines), a White Pack (only white wines) or a Fortified Pack (only fortified and sweet dessert wines).

The only other thing you need to let us know is whether you want your Wine Pack to be 4 bottle or 12 bottles. It’s as easy as that.

Members receive their Pfeiffer Wine Club packs in February, July and October each year.

Your credit card is debited prior to delivery and your membership may be skipped or cancelled any time prior to delivery.

How much does it cost to become a Wine Club member?

There is no cost to join our Pfeiffer Wine Club.

How much do my Wine Club Packs cost?

Each Pack Type has a set price. This will not change (unless we have a Wine Club price increase…and we have only had three increases since our Wine Club commenced in 2003).

The advantage of this is that you always know how much your pack will be. Prices do not change based on what wines are included in the pack. This is our commitment to you, because you have committed to us.

Can I select my own wines in this Wine Club?

You are not permitted to select your own wines in our Pfeiffer Wine Club.

Our Wine Club packs are hand selected by our winemakers Chris and Jen Pfeiffer and they take a great deal of time and care to ensure each pack selection is the very best it can be. You can therefore feel confident they will pick some beautiful and delicious wines for you.

If you don’t have the time or patience to make the perfect selection and you feel confident in letting Chris and Jen make the choice on your behalf, then the Pfeiffer Wine Club is for you.

Can I change the wines in my pack?

You cannot change the individual wines within your packs; however you can change between Pack Types.

And if you are taking any of our 4 bottle Wine Packs, you may purchase up to 8 additional wines of your choice, to take your pack up to 12 bottles, without any additional freight charge?

I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?

If you will be away when your Wine Club shipment is due to be despatched, you can contact our team to have your wine sent early. You can also delay your shipment and have it delivered when you are back.

Can I skip a Wine Club pack?

There are lots of reasons you might need to skip a Wine Club pack. Your membership can be skipped or cancelled any time prior to delivery.

How much does delivery cost?

Pfeiffer Wine Club packs are delivered FREE ** / *** anywhere in Australia.

**A freight surcharge of $10p/case will be applied to Wine Club packs if they are sent to the following postcodes 4230-4299, 4306-4349, 4370-4499, 4576-4899, 6000-6214, 6800-6999, 7031-7049, 7110-7149, 7172-7245 and 7326-7899.

***A freight surcharge of $15/p case will be applied to Wine Club packs if they are sent to the following postcodes 6215-6799 and 0800-0999.

When do I start receiving my club member benefits?

You will receive immediate membership savings, upon receipt of your first pack.

When will I receive my first shipment?

You will receive a catch-up Wine Club pack immediately if you signed up between shipments. Otherwise, our Wine Club packs are despatched in February, July and October each year.

When will my credit card be charged?

Pfeiffer Wines will charge your credit card at the time of each shipment.

How do I know what wines I will be receiving and when as part of the Wine Club?

We will get in touch a few weeks prior to each Wine Club delivery to let you know what delicious wines will be included in your pack. At this time we will also advise the expected despatch date of your pack.

How long does my club membership last?

Your Pfeiffer Wine Club Membership will continue for as long as you wish it to. We still have 30 very special Wine Club members who have been in our Wine Club since it began in 2003…that means they have been in our Wine Club for 20 years!!

Can I cancel my membership?

Whilst we don’t want you to go, we do understand circumstances in our lives mean we sometimes need to cancel our Wine Club memberships.

You can cancel your Pfeiffer Wine Club membership at any time prior to despatch.

There are also alternatives if you just want a break for a while or you are overstocked and our team are happy to discuss this with you. Please note, cancelling your membership results in the loss of your other club benefits.

There are many great benefits associated with our Pfeiffer Wine Club. The packs themselves represent a great saving.

You will also receive a 10% discount off our Pfeiffer and Pfeiffer Carlyle wines at our cellar door and via our website.

There are a range of Wine Club packs and delivery plans for you to choose from.

Members receive a Wine Club newsletter - Carlyle Cuttings, with each wine delivery.

By ordering a Pfeiffer Wine Club shipment, you authorise Pfeiffer Wines to enrol you in the Pfeiffer Wine Club and to debit your credit card with the cost of your wine tasting packs as they occur. 

You certify that you are 18 years or older and all the wines you are purchasing are not for resale by a licensed person. 

You acknowledge that you will automatically receive Pfeiffer Wine Club tasting packs once, twice or three times a year (depending on your chosen plan) and that you may skip or cancel your deliveries at any time prior to despatch.

Cancelling your membership will also result in the loss of your other club benefits. 

Additionally, you will notify Pfeiffer Wines of any change of address details as they occur.
