Agreement to Club Guidelines

By ordering this pack, you are agreeing to the Pfeiffer Wine Club Guidelines as outlined below:

You authorise Pfeiffer Wines to enrol you in the Pfeiffer Wine Club and to debit your credit card with the cost of your Pfeiffer Wine Club packs as they occur.

You certify that you are 18 years or older and all the wines you are purchasing are not for resale by a licensed person.

You will automatically receive a Wine Club pack if you have signed up between shipments. Otherwise, your Wine Club packs will be despatched in February, July and October each year.

You will notify the winery if you wish to skip or cancel your next delivery before it is despatched.

You will notify Pfeiffer Wines of any change of address or credit card details as they occur.

Cancelling your membership will result in the loss of your other club benefits.

You cannot change the individual wines within your packs but you are permitted to change between Pack Types. Please notify the winery if you wish to do this before your next delivery is despatched.

Pfeiffer Wines will contact you via email a few weeks prior to each Wine Club delivery to let you know what wines will be included in your next pack. At this time we will also advise the expected despatch date of your pack. Please don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder for these Wine Club emails.

All Pfeiffer Wine Club packs are delivered FREE */** to anywhere in Australia.

*A freight surcharge of $10 p/case will be applied to Wine Club packs despatched if they are sent to the following postcodes 4230-4299, 4308-4499, 4576-4899, 6000-6214, 6800-6999, 7031-7049, 7109-7149, 7172-7245 and 7326-7899.

**A freight surcharge of $15 p/case will be applied to Wine Club packs despatched if they are sent to the following postcodes 6215-6799 and 0800-0999.
